Your acceptance of these terms

We are able to courier or post your order to any address in South Africa. You can also collect your order from our business premises free of charge.
Unfortunately we cannot offer courier delivery to remote areas e.g. remote farms or mines (the post office option is available for these areas).
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days and delivery confirmed by way of an email outlining the courier tracking number. It is very seldom that an order will take this long, but if it is delayed, you will be kept notified.

Delivery is FREE for orders over R450 via our designated courier to all Main centres only. Should you reside in a rural/outlying area , the company reserves the right to levy a delivery charge, as it deems necessary from time to time for any particular order. This will be communicated with the customer before delivery is activated.
Should something in your basket be on back-order, we will send all your products together once the back-ordered item has arrived. If you need items in your basket urgently, please advise us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to assist where we can.
For those based in the Durban area and wish to collect. Please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange a time to collect.
TANYAVISSER.COM cannot be held liable for incorrect postal details being given as well as the items being returned as a result of non-collection. In the event that products are returned to TANYAVISSER.COM via the courier for either of these reasons, the purchaser will be liable to finalise the delivery/collection.
TANYAVISSER.COM reserves the right to change delivery fees without prior notice.
PLEASE NOTE: that the delivery fee for the below areas that fall outside main centres will be quoted for accordingly, over and above set delivery fees: Deliveries to and from rural areas / Trust Areas, Universities, Hospitals, Chain Stores, Farms, Plots, Mines, Government Buildings, Game Reserves and Power Stations attract an additional surcharge.
Cancellation of an order
Should you wish to cancel an order this can only be done if payment has not been made. Should you wish to cancel the order once payment has been made, you will need to contact the help desk at firstname.lastname@example.org The cancellation will need to be done within 12 hours of the order being processed by yourself.
We want our customers to be happy gardeners, but should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase due to the following :-
- You have received the wrong item;
- The item was damaged in transit.
Please inform us within 24hrs of receiving the item by contacting us on email@example.com and we will contact to you.
Should you not be completely satisfied with your product, you have 7 days to return the item.
Please follow the steps below when returning an item:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of goods
- Ensure that the product is in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return should the item be damaged or out of it original packaging.
- Shipping cost, should you wish to return an item, will be for your account
- On receipt of your item, we will check that it is in its original state and we will refund you the value of the product, or we will supply you with a credit.
