I need to make payment. What are your banking details?

If you have chosen to pay for your order via EFT or your credit card payment has not successfully processed, make payments into our bank account and email your POP to us at orders@tanyavisser.com

How will I know if my order has been received and is being processed?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation notification. Any details regarding your order i.e. progress report or status, will be communicated to you via our customer message system. However if you need to speak to someone please email us on hello@tanyavisser.com, give your contact number and we will contact you.

Can i return my goods?

We want our customers to be happy gardeners, but should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase due to the following :-

  • You have received the wrong item;
  • The item was damaged in transit.

Please inform us within 24hrs of receiving the item by contacting us on hello@tanyavisser.com and we will contact to you.

Should you not be completely satisfied with your product, you have 7 days to return the item.

For those based in the Durban area and wish to collect. Please email us at hello@tanyavisser.com and we will arrange a time to collect.

What are your Delivery Times?

Durban and KZN: 2-3 working days
Gauteng: 2-4 working days
Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, Western Cape: 5-7 working days

Important to note: the time frames given are from time of dispatch and not from time of order.

Do you offer free delivery?

Delivery is FREE for orders over R850 via our designated courier to all Main centres only. Should you reside in a rural/outlying area , the company reserves the right to levy a delivery charge, as it deems necessary from time to time for any particular order. This will be communicated with the customer before delivery is activated.
